We are always looking for volunteers to help support the Instrumental Music Programs. If you are interested in getting involved please feel free to send an email to Volunteer@wilcoxmusic.org. We would like to thank our past Board Member for all their hard work they have put into the Instrumental Music Program. With their efforts the Wilcox Instrumental Music Program would not be as strong as it is. Because of their knowledge and determination to create something special for our students, we have been able to form a very strong support organization for our kids. |

Commissioner Positions: The following commissioner positions are vital to the success of the Instrumental Music Program. These positions are 1 year terms. They are not necessarily busy through all 12 months of the year. Each chair position has it's own time responsibilities throughout the year. Some starting heavy in the summer in preparation for Band Camp and the Fall Marching Season. If you are interested in filling one of these positions send an email to Volunteer@wilcoxmusic.org.
Transportation - Lee Erickson............................................Transportation@wilcoxmusic.org This position is involved during the fall and winter competitive seasons. Organizing transportation of equipment to and from competitions. Renting trucks if needed, coordinating carpool drivers if needed.
Uniforms - Tracie MacFadyen.......................................................................Uniforms@wilcoxmusic.org This position is involved during the fall season primarily or whenever the Black and Gold Regime Marching Band is active. This position is responsible for fitting all Hornline and Percussion Members into their uniforms for the season. Taking care of alterations to uniforms so that they fit properly on the performer, and cleaning uniforms. Equipment - OPEN................................................................................Equipment@wilcoxmusic.org This position is involved during the fall and winter competitive seasons. This person is responsible for making sure all equipment is loading on the trucks for competitions. Equipment will include but not limited to Percussion, Guard, Cooking, Any support equipment needed for the day at an event, show or competition. This person may also work closely with instructional staff and directors in helping maintain and fixing equipment.
Meals - Ted Eberle .................................................................................Meals@wilcoxmusic.org This position is involved during the fall and winter competitive seasons. This person is responsible for organizing meals at competitions or other off site events. They do not have to prepare all the meals, but organize and coordinate meals.

Fundraising - Position Open for 09-10.............................................................Fundraising@wilcoxmusic.org This person oversees the scheduling of all fundraising events. Helping to promote event at the school and in the community. Does not necessarily coordinate the events.
